In regard to the aspects of law (legality and procedures) for the licensing process, PT. Bumi Sempana Plantation has obtained the Location Permit based on the Decree of Bupati Kapuas with land area of 16,500 hectares (gross) number: 39/BPN 2009, February 10th 2009.
